Job summary

Peter Campbell Sales Ltd, part of the Rubix Cutting & Machining division, is seeking an organised Stores Administrator to join our team in Airdrie. You will manage stock records, process orders, and support day-to-day admin tasks to ensure our branch delivers a first-class service to customers.

Requirements include experience in stores/warehouse or admin roles, strong organisational skills, and proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in stores, warehouse or admin roles is desirable but not essential.
• Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
• Comfortable using stock/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Processing goods in and out with accurate stock records.
• Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch/collection.
• Supporting stock takes and reconciliation.
• Liaising with suppliers, couriers and internal teams to resolve queries.
• Maintaining records on ERP/warehouse systems.
• Keeping stores area clean, organised and compliant with safety standards.
• Providing general administrative support to the branch team.
