About Your Role

A Charlotte Tilbury Retail Artist is the heart of our stores and counters. Based on the shop floor, you are responsible for empowering customers to be the most beautiful version of themselves, helping them gain confidence to achieve their dreams. You do this by combining expert artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge and a passion for building lasting emotional connections. You believe in making the product accessible to everyone and can adapt your style to meet each customer's needs.

As a Retail Artist you will

• Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs, thriving on the excitement of reaching goals and being the best. You consistently meet and surpass expectations.
• Build solid relationships with team members and management, contributing to a positive team environment.
• Champion world-class artistry and deliver an impeccable customer experience. Act as a Charlotte Tilbury brand ambassador, sharing your knowledge with customers.
• Adapt your approach to different activities, customers, and opportunities to achieve success.
• Follow grooming standards meticulously, displaying a professional appearance.

About you

• Ideally hold an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy.
• Have some experience as a Sales Advisor, preferably in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG.
• Have a passion for beauty brands that disrupt and grow, especially Charlotte Tilbury, and enjoy sharing your enthusiasm.
• Experience in applying makeup and tailoring your style to diverse customer needs is preferred.
• Will participate in Charlotte’s Magic Academy, a structured induction program focusing on artistry and customer service.
• Support your career development with our industry experts and explore growth opportunities.
• Receive early access to new products and a full Charlotte Tilbury Look upon completing the Magic Academy, becoming a true brand advocate.
