Job summary

NEXT is seeking a proactive Stock Manager to lead and develop a busy store team, delivering outstanding stock control and customer service across all shifts.

You will drive accurate stock processes, coach the team, manage performance targets, handle refunds and fulfil online orders, and keep communications up-to-date. Qualifications

• Leadership and coaching experience to manage a store team.

• Support the Store management team and communicate with the Store Manager.
• Lead a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an efficient, safe environment.
• Create an atmosphere that motivates the team to perform at their best.
• Demonstrate a hands-on approach to commercial and operational activities.
• Ensure up-to-date communication to meet business needs.
