Job summary

NEXT is seeking a Stock Manager to lead the store's back-of-house operations and drive stock accuracy for online and in-store orders. You will coach and motivate your team to meet performance targets while maintaining a safe, efficient working environment and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Support the Store management team across back-of-house areas and communicate effectively with the Store Manager.
• Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an efficient, safe environment with targets met.
• Create an atmosphere of motivation and inspiration for the team.
• Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities.
• Ensure communications are up-to-date to meet business needs.
