Job summary

NEXT is seeking a Stock Manager in the United Kingdom to lead a fast-paced team and own stock control for our online and store operations. You will coach, motivate and manage staff to hit performance targets while maintaining high customer service standards.

You will work closely with the Store Manager, adapt to change and drive efficient stock processes, ensuring timely preparation and packaging for orders. Flexible working options are available.
