Job summary

NEXT is seeking a Stock Manager to lead and inspire a fast-paced team across back-of-house operations. You will drive stock accuracy, ensure timely processing of returns, and prepare items for online orders, while delivering an excellent customer experience.

With 16.5 hours per week across weekends and some weekdays, you will coach, motivate and develop your team, maintain safe processes and deliver targets. NEXT offers flexible working options and extensive staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a retail environment.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Proven ability to motivate staff and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead back-of-house team to deliver accurate stock processes.
• Ensure stock is packaged and ready to fulfil online orders.
• Support store management to meet performance targets and maintain safe operations.
• Demonstrate hands-on leadership across commercial and operational activities.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate communication to meet business needs.
