Job summary

Mulberry England is seeking an experienced Finance Manager - Stock & Margin to join our Finance team. This hybrid role is based at the Somerset Head Office with a minimum of three on-site days per week to support collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.

You will own stock and margin accounting, ensuring accurate valuation, control and reporting of global inventory and gross margin, while shaping processes and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Holds ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
• Experience in a retail, manufacturing or similarly complex inventory environment.
• Demonstrates strong stock, inventory and margin accounting knowledge.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Owns stock and margin accounting and control across the Group.
• Embeds robust stock and margin accounting processes and reporting.
• Collaborates with Finance, Planning, Production and Operations to drive improvements.
• Provides insight to support business performance and decision-making.
