Job summary

Mulberry is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our Finance team and embed robust stock and margin accounting across the Group. You will own valuation, control and reporting of global inventory and gross margin, working with stakeholders across Finance, Planning, Production and Operations to shape processes and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification is required.
• Experience in retail, manufacturing or similarly complex inventory environment.
• Strong stock, inventory and margin accounting knowledge.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships and communicate across levels.

Responsibilities

• Own stock and margin accounting processes across the Group.
• Embed robust valuation, control and reporting of global inventory and gross margin.
• Collaborate with Finance, Planning, Production and Operations to drive improvements.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and controls.
