Job summary

Next plc is seeking a Stock Manager to lead a dynamic store team and deliver outstanding online and in-store stock processes. You will coach and motivate the team, ensuring accurate stock handling, timely refunds, and fast online order fulfilment while maintaining high service standards.

The role offers flexible working options and a 21-hour weekly schedule (Sun 08:00-14:30; Tue 06:00-14:00; Thu 06:00-14:00).

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in retail or logistics environments.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Proven ability to meet targets and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store management team across back-of-house areas and communicate with the Store Manager.
• Lead a team to deliver accurate stock processes in a safe, efficient environment with targets met.
• Create an atmosphere that motivates and inspires the team to perform at their best.
• Demonstrate a hands-on approach to commercial and operational activities and adapt to change.
• Ensure up-to-date, accurate communication to meet business needs.
