NEXT is seeking a Stock Manager in the Croydon area to lead a fast-paced back-of-house team and ensure accurate stock processes. You will drive performance targets while fostering a positive, supportive team environment and delivering excellent customer experiences online and in-store.

• Support Store Manager across back of house and stock control.

• Ensure up-to-date, accurate communication to meet business needs.
