Job summary

NEXT is hiring a Stock Manager for our Sunderland store. You will lead a small team to maintain accurate stock processes, support back-of-house operations and ensure targets are met while delivering excellent customer experiences.

You’ll mentor and motivate your team, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and work with store management to drive performance. Flexible working options are available and NEXT invests in your development.

• Excellent communication with store staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store management team across back-of-house areas.
• Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an efficient environment.
• Create an atmosphere where the team is supported, motivated and inspired.
• Demonstrate a hands-on approach to all commercial and operational activities.
• Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate to meet business needs.
