Job summary

One O One Convenience Stores, the retail division of The Scotsman Group, seeks an experienced Stock Management specialist to join the Head Office Team in Glasgow. You will analyse KPI reports daily, conduct stock audits across stores, and coach teams on stock management to maximise sales.

The role requires strong organisational, numeracy and communication skills, plus a driving licence and willingness to travel within Scotland.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good numeracy and communication skills.
• Good timekeeping and willingness to start at varied times.
• Full driving licence and access to own car.
• Willing to travel to stores in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Ayrshire.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Analyse KPI reports on a daily and weekly basis.
• Carry out regular stock management audits in all stores.
• Produce weekly updates to support team.
• Coach store teams on stock management cycle to maximise sales.
• Plan and attend full stock takes with early starts between 5am and 8am.
• Support in reduction of shrink and waste.
• Work closely with other departments to achieve mutual goals.
• General administration tasks.
• Provide stores with plans to tackle customer theft.

We are looking for experienced and talented Stock Management specialist to join our Head Office Team.

Role Responsibilities

• Analyse KPI reports on a daily and weekly basis
• Carry out regular stock management audits in all stores

• coach store teams on stock management cycle and the importance of this in order to maximise sales.
• plan and attend full stock takes, this includes early morning starts with start times varied between 5am and 8am
• support in reduction of shrink and waste

Requirements, Skills And Experience

Working Hours

The role is 5 days over 7, working 40 hours per week, Standard hours are 8am till 4.30pm office location, however 85% field based in stores
