Job summary

One O One Convenience Stores in Glasgow invites applications for a Store Manager to lead our Wardie Road Easterhouse store, ensuring excellent customer experience and store standards.

You will manage staff, drive KPIs, maintain stock, and uphold company policies while delivering reliable service and community focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years retail management experience is desired.
• Proven track record in managing small and large teams.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication, computer knowledge and numeracy skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• To lead by example, making your store your own, create a welcoming atmosphere for the customers.
• Ensure all staff members under your supervision are fully trained in every aspect of their job and can carry out their job effectively.
• Ensure the store is fully stocked, labelled and well merchandised.
• To comply with all company policies and process and apply corrective action where required.
• To ensure the store achieve their KPIs such as sales, payroll and targets
• ensure your cash preparation is completed as per the company procedures.

We are looking for experienced and talented Store Manager to join our Store, Wardie Road, Easterhouse
