Job summary

One O One Convenience Stores is seeking a Store Supervisor for a busy location in Glasgow. The role focuses on creating a welcoming store environment, ensuring shelves are stocked and merchandised, and maintaining compliance with licensing requirements.

You will also contribute to achieving KPIs such as sales and payroll while leading a small team. The ideal candidate has experience in till operations, strong numeracy, and good communication skills, with the ability to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for your store and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Ensure the store is fully stocked, labelled and well merchandised.
• Maintain licensing and compliance measures at all times.
• Help the store achieve KPIs such as sales and payroll.
• Carry out stock-checks daily, weekly and monthly.

We are looking for experienced and talented Store Supervisor to join our Store, Cumbernauld Road

The Role

As a Store Supervisor, your role will include:

• To be an ambassador for your store, making your store your own, create a welcoming atmosphere for the customers.
• A ‘can do’ attitude who values being part of a successful team.
• Ensure the store is fully stocked, labelled and well merchandised.
• Make sure licensing and compliance measures are in place at all times
• To help the store achieve their KPIs such as sales, payroll and targets
• Ensure stock-checks are completed daily, weekly and monthly

The Person

The Ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in Till operations and competent in all aspects of cash handling.
• Ability to manage small teams, to take ownership of your role and motivate others.
• The ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
• Flexibility towards working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Good communication, computer knowledge and numeracy skills desirable
