Job summary

One O One Convenience Stores invites applications for a Store Supervisor at Levernside Road, Glasgow. You will lead daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, stock, merchandising and compliance, while driving KPIs and team morale.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ambassador for the store; create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Contribute to a successful team with a can-do attitude.
• Ensure store is fully stocked, labelled and well merchandised.
• Maintain licensing and compliance measures at all times.
• Assist in achieving KPIs such as sales and payroll targets.
• Complete stock checks daily, weekly and monthly.

We are looking for experienced and talented Store Supervisor to join our Store, Levernside Road.

The Role

As a Store Supervisor, your role will include:

• To be an ambassador for your store, making your store your own, create a welcoming atmosphere for the customers.
• A ‘can do’ attitude who values being part of a successful team.
• Ensure the store is fully stocked, labelled and well merchandised.
• Make sure licensing and compliance measures are in place at all times
• To help the store achieve their KPIs such as sales, payroll and targets
• Ensure stock-checks are completed daily, weekly and monthly

The Person

The Ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in Till operations and competent in all aspects of cash handling.
• Ability to manage small teams, to take ownership of your role and motivate others.
• The ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
• Flexibility towards working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Good communication, computer knowledge and numeracy skills desirable
