Job summary

One O One Convenience Stores in Glasgow is recruiting a Store Supervisor for the Riddrie store. You will act as an ambassador, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and leading a small team to deliver daily excellence.

The role emphasizes stock, merchandising, licensing compliance, achieving KPIs, and regular stock checks. A can-do attitude, reliability, and strong communication and numeracy skills are valued to support sales, payroll, and targets.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for your store and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

• Keep licensing and compliance measures in place at all times.
• Help the store achieve KPIs such as sales, payroll and targets.
• Complete stock-checks daily, weekly and monthly.

We are looking for experienced and talented Store Supervisor to join our Store, Riddrie.

The Role

As a Store Supervisor, Your Role Will Include

• To be an ambassador for your store, making your store your own, create a welcoming atmosphere for the customers.
• A ‘can do’ attitude who values being part of a successful team.
• Ensure the store is fully stocked, labelled and well merchandised.
• Make sure licensing and compliance measures are in place at all times
• To help the store achieve their KPIs such as sales, payroll and targets
• Ensure stock-checks are completed daily, weekly and monthly

The Person

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Experience in Till operations and competent in all aspects of cash handling.
• Ability to manage small teams, to take ownership of your role and motivate others.
• The ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
• Flexibility towards working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Good communication, computer knowledge and numeracy skills desirable
