Job summary

RAS Supply Chain Integrity is seeking a Warehouse Stock Auditor for a full-time, site-based role at a customer distribution centre. You will physically check stock for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and ensure pallets, cages and loads match paperwork before dispatch.

The position offers 37.5 hours per week across 5 days, with daily 30-minute unpaid break. Salary is £24,882 per annum, with training provided and on-site facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment (stock control, checking, audit, picking, dispatch, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail with confidence in basic calculations.
• Ability to work to targets while maintaining high standards.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge.
• Must be aged 18+.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical audits of pallets, cages, and trailer loads.
• Check outbound loads against driver paperwork and delivery requests.
• Verify the accuracy of inbound deliveries and report discrepancies.
• Record audit outcomes clearly and accurately; escalate stock errors or mismatches quickly.
• Work to daily targets and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement by spotting recurring issues.
