• Be customer obsessed and influence the team to deliver joyful experiences.
• Keep shelves well-stocked and merchandised for easy shopping.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to support CSAT scores.
• Maintain a tidy and efficient warehouse and drive safe practices.
• Coordinate deliveries and ensure smooth handovers between shifts.
• Support Click & Collect by accurate stock records and back‑office organization.
• Investigate daily Click & Collect shorts and identify fixes using analytics.
• Walk the warehouse weekly with Store Coach to spot improvement opportunities.
• Plan weekly stock activities using Stock Focus Planner and keep the team informed.
• Complete monthly stock self-audits for reliability and compliance.
• Protect profits by managing stock and returns with proper information.
