Job summary

NEXT is hiring a Delivery Manager in the United Kingdom. You will lead a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in a fast-paced retail environment, while supporting sales floors and store management.

You will drive improvements to achieve performance targets and maintain a high standard of presentation for customers. You will be expected to coach, motivate and develop your team, prioritise customer service, and adapt to changing objectives.
