Job summary

GXO Logistics in Gravesend is hiring a Stock Controller to support daily stock handling at the Northfleet site (DA11 9AD). This full-time, permanent role offers 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00, with a salary of £28,560.84 and a range of benefits.

You will work with the finance and admin teams to collate data, perform stock assembly and preparation, and use a WMS system to maintain documents. Strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock control or warehouse admin.
• Strong numerical and data reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the finance and admin with data reporting from receipt to despatch.
• Stock assembly and preparation using provided tools.
• Check emails and respond promptly.
• Collate hours and generate reports for management.
• Investigate stock issues and escalate when needed.
• Use a WMS to maintain work documents.
