Job summary

rhe is seeking an individual to perform daily PI checks and stock management within a cycle counting framework. The role requires accuracy, basic Excel skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while coordinating with the operations and customer service teams.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English grade 4+ or equivalent
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken
• Basic computer literacy and Excel skills
• Administration and organisation skills
• Able to work with little supervision
• Accurate and reliable
• Able to work as part of a team as well as on their own
• Familiar with Accellos

Responsibilities

• Daily PI checks in line with cycle counting schedule - paper based/RF gun
• Daily stock management including checking empty locations, less than 3's and suspend checks
• Maintain cycle counting spreadsheet and summary in a timely manner
• Report discrepancies to supervisor
• Work independently and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
• Liaise with operations team to resolve queries
• Assist with stock take preparation when required
• Communicate effectively with customer service and customers as needed
• Communicate with colleagues to enable the role to be carried out
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Health & Safety
