Job summary

Healthcare Partners Limited (HPL) seeks a Stock Controller Assistant (Bank) to join the Material Management Department at Royal Surrey Community Hospital. This hands-on role ensures timely delivery of resources and provides excellent customer service to internal and external users.

The role covers Royal Surrey Foundation Trust and Ashford & St Peters Trust (options available) and involves stock takes, replenishment, safe disposal of surplus, and supporting the Receipt and Distribution team.

Qualifications

• Provide stock control, rotation and replenishment for consumables per policy.
• Assist with stock takes and year-end counts as required.
• Handle enquiries with excellent customer service and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Stock control, rotation and replenishment of consumables for internal/external users.
• Assist the Receipt and Distribution team as required.
• Undertake other tasks as deemed by Supervisors, Supply Chain Manager or Director of Procurement.
