Job summary

Spire Clare Park Hospital in Farnham is seeking a Stores Assistant on a part-time basis (22.5 hours). You will support the smooth running of the hospital by ensuring departments receive stock, consumables and supplies promptly, while maintaining accurate stock records and safe storage.

The role requires organisational skills, accuracy and effective communication within a busy healthcare setting. Prior stores/stock control experience is essential; healthcare exposure is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in stores, supplies or stock control is essential.
• Organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and numeracy skills.
• Ability to work in a healthcare environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and process deliveries from suppliers.
• Distribute stock to hospital departments.
• Support stock control, replenishment and stock rotation.
• Ensure goods match purchase orders and are recorded accurately.
• Maintain safe, organised stores areas and label with care.
