Nter Talent is representing a leading UK drinks business seeking a Stock Controller in Luton. This 6-month fixed term contract offers a salary of £34,000–£37,000 with the potential to go permanent. You will join the Customer Services team and report to the CS Manager.

Key duties include stock reconciliations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting month-end processes. Strong Excel and ERP/WMS experience are essential, with FMCG experience viewed favorably.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control and stock reconciliation.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP and warehouse management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in FMCG/food & beverage advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily, weekly and monthly stock reconciliations between ERP and WMS.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with root-cCause analysis.
• Process stock transactions, transfers, adjustments and corrections.
• Reconcile inventory across multiple warehouse locations and support stocktakes.
• Manage SRTNs and discrepancies from auto-receipted transactions.
• Prepare inventory reports and support month-end stock reconciliations for Finance.
• Act as primary contact for stock availability queries and flag shortages.
• Assist with system issues and contribute to process improvements.
