Talent Guardian is working with a Redditch-based food and drink business to recruit a Stock Controller / Supply Chain Executive. This part-time role offers 15–25 hours per week with a salary of GBP10,140 to GBP19,500 depending on experience and hours. You will help maintain stock, place orders, and support the wider supply chain.

Ideal candidates are organized, comfortable with data and Excel, and can communicate with suppliers and internal teams to keep stock levels and planning on track.

Qualifications

• Experience in stock control, supply chain or procurement.
• Excellent communication with suppliers and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail and data handling skills.
• Good organisational and administrative abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities.
• Experience in food and drink, FMCG or manufacturing is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Place and manage supplier orders.
• Monitor stock levels and availability.
• Support forecasting and planning requirements.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Communicate with suppliers about orders, availability and lead times.
• Update internal systems and perform accurate data entry.
• Use Excel to track stock, orders and supply chain data.
• Identify potential shortages or supply issues and act.
