Stock Controller – Warrington
Salary up to £32,000 DOE
Looking for a proactive and organised Stock Controller to join a lovely team in Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in stock control, stock administration, or warehouse administration who is ready to take on a more involved role in procurement, forecasting, and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
· Forecast stock requirements and plan lead times to ensure optimal stock levels
· Manage stock across both on-site and external hub locations
· Monitor and maintain healthy stock levels to support smooth operations
· Liaise with hauliers, negotiate delivery rates, and coordinate transport arrangements
· Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing
· Raise and manage purchase orders in line with business needs
· Track and report on stock movements, discrepancies, and replenishment cycles
· Collaborate with internal departments to align stock planning with demand
Ideal Candidate:
· Previous experience in a stock control, stock admin, or warehouse admin role
· Strong organisational and planning skills
· Confident communicator with the ability to negotiate with suppliers and hauliers
· Comfortable working with stock management systems and Excel
· Able to work independently and take ownership of the full stock control cycle
· A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail
Monday – Friday 40 hours a week
Salary up to £32,000 DOE
