Job summary

ME+EM Ltd is seeking a Stock Room Controller to ensure deliveries, recalls, stock counts and stock takes are completed efficiently. The role requires organising the stockroom, maintaining safety, and supporting back office admin duties.

You will work closely with the store team to keep merchandise flow smooth. Ideal candidates have keen attention to detail, can work at pace, and are passionate about retail, compliance, and organisation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
• Attention to detail, organised and able to work at pace.
• Passion for retail, compliance, and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Off floor operational tasks
• Expert in stock and till processes
• Prioritising merch actions when necessary
• Ensure deliveries are unpacked, checked, labelled and placed correctly in the stockroom
• Ensure existing products are accurately labelled and placed correctly in the stockroom
• Ensure the stockroom meets Health & Safety compliance
• Stock is safely stored and broken down ladders, stool etc are disposed of
• Manage the stock inventory and stock movement process
• Work alongside the Compliance and Training Coordinator
• Embrace change and support the role out of new systems
• Prepare and steam daily replenishment
• Have a good understanding of the product range and style names
• Attend all stock takes
• Brand representative at all times
• Key contributor to store KPIs

About the role
