Job summary

Job description

Work Scope

Liaise with the Procurement Team regarding stock needs & Good Inwards. Ensure timely, full and accurate communication with all relevant departments on any factors which will impact on delivery dates, commitments to customers, quality, etc. Attend daily Team meetings. Distribution of daily work/work alongside the Team Leaders. Ensure stock accuracy, carry on PI count, and liaise with Stock auditing. Ensure KPIs are shared with the team.

Tasks

• Book all types of stock onto SAP system.
• Monitor the progression of the plant's stock check.
• Create inventory records for perpetual stock checks.
• Input data of perpetual stock checks into the SAP system.
• Investigate stock physically and through SAP.
• Make routine stock adjustments in SAP when necessary.
• Create documentation for outside processing orders.
• Accompany any testing company around the plant and offer support when needed.
• Monitor and inform the team of any large stock discrepancies.
• Cover other roles within Operations & Logistics when necessary.
• Keep up to date any reports deemed your responsibility.
• Work with auditors regarding stock counts.
• Maintain and keep up to date Test Cert and Country of Origin information.
• Liaise with QHSE Team on any “returned” items.

Qualifications

Good secondary education, computer literacy, good numeric aptitude, attention to detail. Preferably having worked in a similar manufacturing environment. Industrious nature, ability to work well with other team members, able to work well under pressure. SAP experience preferred.
