Job Description

The role of Stock Control and Purchasing Coordinator is really important to us. You will be responsible for raising and managing purchasing orders with our suppliers. Ensuring our price list of all devices and accessories is maintained for all our entities. Monitoring stock levels and working to keep our stock systems accurate. Keeping information on lead times and deliveries up to date and available to the wider team.

We would love to welcome you to our Arden Square Crewe office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Your Responsibilities Day To Day Will Be…

• Purchase Requisition Processing: Responsible for raising and managing purchase orders, confirming manufacturing and delivery dates with our suppliers.
• Logistics Support: Responsible for notifying the team of any delivery or manufacturing delays and keeping expected dates updated to inform the wider business of shipments.
• Inventory Management: Import and receipt of stock into relevant systems. Perform monthly stock takes in our Crewe offices across all entities. Monitoring stock levels across all global hubs.
• Invoicing and Payments: Working closely with finance and purchase ledger to ensure POs mirror invoices from our suppliers for efficient payment.
• Supplier Price List: Maintain a master price list for all devices and accessories for all entities as well as any applicable minimum order quantities.
• Maintaining Systems: Regular review on systems stock positions and adjust any discrepancies, reporting to systems support where stock is not being correctly booked out.
  
  

What do we expect of you?

• Attention to detail: Excellent attention to detail is essential for this role.
• Administration Skills: Strong administration skills and ability to work on different systems is required.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
• Experience: Experience in purchasing is preferred but not essential
• Excel Proficiency: Ability to use excel effectively is required.
