Currently, TSA Surveying Ltd is partnering with a prominent building consultancy to find a Stock Condition Surveyor for surveys in Derby.

Role Overview:

As a Stock Condition Surveyor, you will use a tablet to assess the condition of social housing properties, evaluating key elements such as kitchens, bathrooms, and central heating.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.
• Assessing the remaining lifespan of key components like kitchens and bathrooms.

Job Details:

• Surveys are conducted using software on tablet devices provided by the company.
• Aim to complete 10-12 surveys per day.
• An induction will be provided to train you on the software.
• This is a scheduled work contract, outside IR35.
• Paid per survey, covering houses, flats, and blocks.
• Full training provided.

Ideal Candidates:

• Experience in stock condition surveying or related fields.
• Proficiency with technology, specifically tablets.
• Experience in energy assessments.
• Familiarity with the HHSRS system.
