Our client, a leading Housing Association in Greater Manchester, is currently recruiting for a Stock Condition Surveyor on a 12 Month FTC basis with the potential for extension.

As a successful candidate it is essential you will have specific experience conducting Stock Condition Surveys and will have a working knowledge of Decent Homes Standards. It is essential that the successful candidate will have worked on Social Housing properties previously.

The role will consist of the following duties:

-Conduct stock condition surveys on tenanted Social housing Stock

-Work across a range of properties including low rises and high rises

-Arrange own workload and appointments

-Follow health and safety procedures

-Cover properties in Greater Manchester

The successful candidate must hold a valid driving licence and experience working in a similar role.

The successful candidate must also have an HNC/ HND or degree in Building Surveying.
