Base pay range

TSA Surveying is working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and is looking to appoint Stock Condition Surveyors and RDSAP Assessors on a 6-month contract starting ASAP in/around the Slough area to survey over 1000 properties.

All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using in-house asset management software.

Outside IR35 role.

Paid per survey — houses, flats, blocks.

Over 1000 properties to be surveyed for stock condition and RDSAP assessments.

ID badges, calling cards, large property lists provided, and letter of authority.

Letter dropping every 2-3 weeks by the client.

6-month contract with potential extension based on performance.

Full-time only — 4/5 days a week are required.

RDSAP/energy experience is a must.
