You will ensure effective stock management and maintain communication with the service team. Candidates must have a full UK Driving Licence and a DBS Check. This role offers a salary of £27,000 per annum with benefits, working Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm.

Overview

Role: Stock Auditor
Salary: £27,000 per annum, plus benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
Location: Commutable from Nottingham, Coventry, Leicester, Birmingham and surrounding areas.

The Company: Market leader in circular services, enabling businesses to achieve optimal hygiene and protection for employees and customers in a sustainable way. The client provides a rental sustainable service on products that customers rely on to maintain their core business needs.

The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a Stock Auditor who ensures that the relationship between the customer and the product is maintained to the highest standard and that the company’s stocks are used in the best interest of the customer and the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service across multiple customer sites.
  • Conduct customer premises stock counts and control stock levels.
  • Visit various customer sites in the company vehicle.
  • Act as the key link between customers and the service team, ensuring clear communication and quick resolution of issues.
  • Assist in the identification of product loss and misuse.
  • Ensure all trackers and documentation relating to customer demand/stock are updated and maintained as required.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Full and clean UK Driving Licence (essential).
  • DBS Check (required).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels.
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to record data in spreadsheets.
  • IT literate (MS Office, intermediate Excel, inputting numerical data).
  • Problem solving, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Effective communication and active listening skills.
