Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a 5-Star or fine dining property is desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills.
• Good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests.

Responsibilities

• Polish all silver, china and glassware before and after service.
• Count and separate soiled or damaged linen and prepare fresh linens before service.
• Clean coffee, tea and milk pots after each use.
• Support the function of kitchen and restaurant teams as required.
