Job summary

The King's Trust is seeking a proactive Stewardship Events Executive in London to lead the planning and delivery of a portfolio of stewardship events. You will collaborate with fundraising colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure outstanding supporter experiences, manage communications, data and guest administration with accuracy.

This hybrid role offers flexible working (minimum 2 days in the office) and a salary range of £27,124 to £32,314, dependent on location and experience,

We're looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised events professional to help deliver a portfolio of engaging stewardship events that inspire supporters and strengthen their connection to our cause. This is an opportunity to join a passionate team where you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences, working with a wide range of stakeholders and contributing to supporter journeys that make a real difference.

You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy balancing the creative and practical sides of event management. From bringing event concepts to life and managing relationships with suppliers and supporters, to ensuring every detail is delivered seamlessly, you'll be instrumental in creating experiences that leave a lasting impression.

In This Varied Role, You'll

• Lead the planning and delivery of a range of high-quality stewardship events, ensuring an exceptional supporter experience from start to finish.
• Work collaboratively with fundraising colleagues, suppliers and key stakeholders to maximise the impact of every event.
• Manage event communications, guest administration, data and reporting processes with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Bring fresh ideas and creativity to help develop innovative and sector-leading stewardship activities and experiences.
• Support a culture of inclusion, collaboration and continuous improvement across the wider team.

We're looking for someone who combines excellent organisational skills with a genuine passion for people and events. You'll be confident managing multiple priorities, building strong relationships and delivering high standards in a fast-paced environment.
