Job summary

The King's Trust in London is seeking a motivated Stewardship Events Executive to deliver a portfolio of engagement events and strengthen supporter journeys.

You will balance creative concepting with practical delivery, manage supplier relationships, and ensure seamless event execution. The role involves collaborating with fundraising colleagues and maintaining accurate data and reports.

Salary:£27,124.00to£32,314.00, dependent on your location, skills, knowledge and experience

Location: London preferred (Flexible working with a minimum of 2 days in the office)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised events professional to help deliver a portfolio of engaging stewardship events that inspire supporters and strengthen their connection to our cause. This is an opportunity to join a passionate team where you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences, working with a wide range of stakeholders and contributing to supporter journeys that make a real difference.

You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy balancing the creative and practical sides of event management. From bringing event concepts to life and managing relationships with suppliers and supporters, to ensuring every detail is delivered seamlessly, you’ll be instrumental in creating experiences that leave a lasting impression.

In this varied role, you’ll:

We’re looking for someone who combines excellent organisational skills with a genuine passion for people and events. You’ll be confident managing multiple priorities, building strong relationships and delivering high standards in a fast-paced environment.
