Job summary

The King's Trust is seeking a proactive Stewardship Events Executive in London to lead the planning and delivery of a portfolio of stewardship events. You will collaborate with fundraising colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure outstanding supporter experiences, manage communications, data and guest administration with accuracy.

This hybrid role offers flexible working (minimum 2 days in the office) and a salary range of £27,124 to £32,314, dependent on location and experience,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event management and project coordination.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills to manage deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident using databases and IT systems to manage information accurately.
• Creative, proactive and solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of stewardship events.
