Role Overview

We’re looking for a star team player who’s passionate about maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times to join our operations team in the UK.

Main Responsibilities

1. Clean and sanitize all kitchen work surfaces (counters, sinks, stoves, walls).
2. Sweep and mop floors at the beginning and end of shifts.
3. Be ready to clean up spills quickly to prevent hindering operations.
4. Wash cookware, utensils, and cutlery quickly to keep them in rotation.
5. Arrange deliveries for equipment and ingredients.
6. Keep the food and supply storage areas organized.
7. Stocking and restocking supplies, such as food, utensils, and cleaning products.
8. Removing trash and recycling from the kitchen and dispose of it properly.
9. Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
10. Assist with routine food prep tasks (such as peeling and chopping vegetables) when needed.

Ideal Candidate

1. Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role.
2. A fast learner with an interest in kitchen work.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
4. Able to stand for long hours.
5. Willingness to adhere to health and safety rules.
6. Good organizational skills.
7. Ability to work unsupervised in a busy environment.
8. Patience and a cool-headed demeanour.
9. Willingness to work rotating shifts (day, afternoon, night) depending on the company's needs.
10. Able to commute to NW10 7PR.
