Job summary

Park Hyatt London River Thames is seeking a dedicated Steward to join our luxury team along the River Thames. You will support kitchen operations by washing, cleaning, and keeping BOH areas immaculate, helping deliver seamless service in a prestigious hotel.

• Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery, supporting your colleagues as needed.

Duties And Responsibilities Related To The Steward Role

• Ensure all kitchen and Back of House (BOH) areas are kept immaculately clean, adhering to the hotels high standards.
• Assist in the smooth running of kitchen operations by washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and maintaining the organization of storage areas.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery, supporting your colleagues as needed.
• Assist in implementing waste management strategies to minimize environmental impact and optimize resource use, including recycling programs.

About You

Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant is desired. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and positive attitude; willingness to learn and adapt.
