Job summary

Park Hyatt London River Thames is seeking a dedicated Steward to support kitchen operations and maintain immaculate BOH areas, in line with Hyatt's high standards.

You will wash dishes, clean equipment, manage storage, and collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service and sustainable practices including waste reduction. Previous luxury-hotel experience is preferred, with excellent communication and teamwork, and Hyatt offers growth opportunities and employee perks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant is desired.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; proactive and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all kitchen and Back of House (BOH) areas are kept immaculately clean, adhering to the hotels high standards.
• Assist in the smooth running of kitchen operations by washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and maintaining the organization of storage areas.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery, supporting your colleagues as needed.
• Assist in implementing waste management strategies to minimize environmental impact and optimize resource use, including recycling programs.
