Circle Health Group is hiring a Sterile Services Technician in Radlett to cover a 37.5 hour week with a flexible day/night shift pattern. Salary up to £28,705.42 per year depending on experience, training and qualifications.

The role involves the decontamination process, SOP adherence, and accurate record-keeping in a 24/7 decontamination department across England and Glasgow. The successful candidate will join a team committed to safe, high-quality sterile services and ongoing professional

Qualificações

• Willingness to learn and undertake training in sterile services practices and equipment use.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow procedures precisely.
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends, evenings, and shifts as needed.
• Commitment to delivering safe, high-quality and reliable sterile services.
• Good communication skills and a professional, respectful approach to others.
• Full compliance with mandatory training and health screening, including Hepatitis B immunisation.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out all stages of the decontamination process including cleaning, checking, assembling, packing, sterilising and dispatching reusable surgical and medical devices.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure all items meet required infection control and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all processes undertaken, including batch and load traceability data, in line with departmental documentation requirements.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective team performance and meet service deadlines.
• Participate in all mandatory training and professional development required for the role.
