Job summary

Circle Decontamination Limited in Radlett is hiring a Sterile Services Technician to join the Decontamination team. This full-time role is 37.5 hours per week with a rotating day/night shift pattern and a salary up to £28,705.42 per year, depending on experience, training and qualification.

Responsibilities include carrying out all stages of decontamination, following SOPs, maintaining batch traceability records, and collaborating with colleagues to meet service deadlines.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and undertake training in sterile services practices and equipment use.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures precisely.
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends, evenings, and shifts as needed.
• Commitment to delivering safe, high-quality sterile services.
• Good communication skills and a professional, respectful approach to others.
• Full compliance with mandatory training and health screening, Hepatitis B immunisation.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective team performance and meet service deadlines.
• Participate in all mandatory training and professional development required for the role.

Sterile Services Technician – Circle Decontamination

Radlett 37.5 Hours & Permanent Salary: Up to £28,705.42 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

Circle Health Group Decontamination is responsible for the provision of sterile equipment and instrumentation for use in surgical and interventional procedures in hospitals across England and Glasgow. The unit operates 24 hours a day/7 days a week with rotating shifts covering days and nights as required. We have an opportunity for an Sterile Services Technician to join their team of staff in the Decontamination department. This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. This includes day shift and night shift.
