Job summary

Circle Health Group Decontamination in Glasgow is seeking a Sterile Services Technician. The role covers 37.5 hours per week with a rotating day/night shift pattern to support 24/7 operations.

You will clean, assemble, sterilise and dispatch reusable surgical devices, recording batch traceability and following SOPs to meet infection-control standards. Training and development are provided to support safe, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all stages of the decontamination process including cleaning, checking, assembling, packing, sterilising, and dispatching reusable surgical and medical devices.
• Follow SOPs to ensure all items meet infection control and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate batch and load traceability data.
• Work with colleagues to ensure team performance and deadlines.
• Participate in mandatory training and professional development.
