Process Technician

Wetherby HSSU | Sterile Services | Permanent | Full time | £24,043.50 per annum | 37.5 hours per week

If you're enthusiastic, motivated and have previous experience in a sterile services environment, this is an exciting opportunity to join the UK's largest Healthcare Charity. Ensuring the supply of sterile and disinfected medical devices that meet our customers' needs is crucial. It starts with you.

As a Process Technician at our Wetherby HSSU, you'll need a basic standard of general education with proven literacy and numeracy skills. Good organisational and communication skills are essential, and ideally, you will have sterile services training.

Responsibilities:
  1. Help to ensure all equipment is in good working order
  2. Regularly check medical equipment for damage and report faults
  3. Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
  4. Take action to resolve any problems
  5. Escalate issues where necessary
  6. Maintain accurate records and documentation following our policies and procedures
