Circle Decontamination - Unit E, Stockport
37.5 Hours & Permanent
Salary: Up to £25,186.00 per year

(depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

About the Role

Circle Health Group Decontamination provides sterile equipment and instrumentation for surgical and interventional procedures across hospitals in Southeast England and Glasgow. The unit operates 24/7 with rotating shifts covering days and nights.

We are seeking a Sterile Services Technician to join our team in the Decontamination department. This is a full-time position for 37.5 hours per week, including night shifts.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide first-class decontamination sterile services to Operating Theatres and clinical departments.
  2. Assist in decontamination, checking, assembly, packing, sterilisation, and delivery of surgical equipment.
  3. Maintain good relationships with customers.
  4. Promote and maintain Health & Safety standards.
  5. Ensure equipment safety and report faults.
  6. Liaise with departments to ensure supply of items.
  7. Comply with health and safety regulations for staff and visitors.
  8. Complete all mandatory training.
