Wm. Stephen (Bakers) Ltd. in Rosyth is seeking an Operations Support Assistant to join our busy team. This 36.5 hour contract provides front-line support between production, delivery and retail customers, ensuring accurate data handling and smooth daily operations.

You will manage data entry, answer inquiries, help prepare daily production reports and undertake general admin duties, contributing to a reliable and friendly service that reflects Stephens Bakery's heritage.

Our Operations Support team plays a key role in keeping things running smoothly across the business - we are the glue between the bakery and our customers.From supporting our retail shops and franchise customers to assisting our production and delivery teams, this role is all about providing efficient, friendly, reliable and consistent support every dayAt Stephens, our values guide everything we do.

Position: Operations Support Assistant

Hours: Monday 08:30 - 17:00 & Tuesday - Friday 08:30 - 16:45

Pay: £490.00 per week

Our Operations Support team plays a key role in keeping things running smoothly across the business - we are the glue between the bakery and our customers.From supporting our retail shops and franchise customers to assisting our production and delivery teams, this role is all about providing efficient, friendly, reliable and consistent support every day

Key Responsibilities

• Support a selection of our Convenience Store customers through accurate data entry and order processing using our ordering system
• Answer phone calls from internal and external customers, providing help and solutions to business and customer enquiries
• Help organise daily production reports for the Bakery
• Carry out general administrative duties such a filing, laminating, printing

What were looking for

• Good knowledge of Stephens’ products and retail operations
• Strong administrative and organisation skills - previous admin experience would be desirable
• Excellent numeracy and accuracy skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Good computer skills – experience in using Word, Excel, Outlook with strong keyboard accuracy
• A positive, approachable and friendly demeanour with a professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills
• Someone who enjoys being part of a team and supporting others, that can also work independently with good self-motivation
