Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking an experienced Steelwork Project Manager to oversee projects from design through to installation and handover. The role targets professionals with extensive steelwork knowledge and cut-and-carve experience to drive successful delivery of complex structural projects.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience in a management role.
Experience managing fabrication, delivery and installation.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Strong subcontractor and client management skills.
Commercial awareness and programme management experience.
Knowledge of refurbishment, structural alterations or cut-and-carve projects preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee projects from design through to installation and handover.
Manage fabrication, delivery and installation.
Coordinate subcontractors and clients to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor programme and ensure budget and schedule adherence.
