Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Steelwork Project Manager to oversee projects from design through to installation and handover. This role demands extensive steelwork knowledge and cut-and-carve experience on complex structural steel projects.

The successful candidate will manage fabrication, delivery and installation, coordinate subcontractors, and drive programme management across sites with hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• Proven structural steelwork project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a management role.
• Experience managing fabrication, delivery and installation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong subcontractor and client management skills.
• Commercial awareness and programme management experience.
• Knowledge of refurbishment, structural alterations or cut-and-carve projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from design through to installation and handover.
• Coordinate fabrication, delivery and installation activities.
• Manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Direct subcontractors and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute to programme management and commercial decisions.
