Job summary

Fawkes & Reece is seeking a Steelwork Project Manager to oversee projects from design through installation and handover. The role requires extensive steelwork knowledge and experience managing fabrication, delivery and installation.

You will coordinate subcontractors and clients, ensure programme milestones, and maintain commercial awareness across multiple projects. Hybrid role with site work and office days, offering career progression.

Qualifications

• Proven structural steelwork project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a management role.
• Experience managing fabrication, delivery and installation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong subcontractor and client management skills.
• Commercial awareness and programme management experience.
• Knowledge of refurbishment, structural alterations or cut-and-carve projects preferred.

Steelwork Project Manager

Our client is a growing structural steelwork and architectural metalwork contractor delivering projects across London. We are looking for an experienced Steelwork Project Manager to oversee projects from design through to installation and handover.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with extensive steelwork industry knowledge & cut and carve experience who is looking to play a key role in the successful delivery of complex structural steel projects and become part of a growing business.

Key requirements:

• Proven structural steelwork project management experience
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a management role
• Experience managing fabrication, delivery and installation
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong subcontractor and client management skills
• Commercial awareness and programme management experience

Desirable Qualifications:

• SMSTS and steelwork industry experience desirable
