Job summary

EnviroPlast is seeking skilled installers to travel across the UK, using a company vehicle, to assemble steel fabrications, railings, gates, doors and windows with floor and roof installations.

You will review plans, plan assembly, cut steel and timber, operate hand and power tools, and install components at height, often overnight, with 75% travel.

Qualifications

• English language required.
• Experience in steel installation or fabrication preferred.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Review technical plans drafted by the Drawing Office.
• Plan project assembly and installation.
• Cut and manipulate steel & timber for each project.
• Operate hand and power tools.
• Install and fix steel sections, timber beams to form a framework.
• Use elevated work platforms and scissor lifts.
• Install products to bespoke specs and sign-off.
• Ensure steelwork is lined up and levelled before fixing.

Job Summary

The role is to travel across the UK with the use of a company vehicle fully kitted out with all the tools needed for the Job.

We install and erect steel fabrications , railings / gates Doors / windows with floor & roof installations up and down the UK.

we are looking for individuals with drive and passion to assemble our products consistently and reliably as and when needed.

A conscientious and measured approach to the role is advantageous and definitely a pride in work.

power tools for steel and timber are used frequently so any experience in assembly / fabrication / installation / engineering / carpentry etc are beneficial.

there are aspects of heavy lifting / travel / overnights

Job specifics

• Reviewing technical plans drafted by the Drawing Office
• Planning project assembly and installation.
• Cutting and manipulating steel & timber to suit each project
• Operating hand and power tools
• Installing and fixing together steel sections, Timber, beam sections to make a steel framework to suit each job.
• Using elevated work platforms and scissor lifts
• Installation of products ranges to bespoke specifications and sign off on completed works and tasks once completed.
• Ensure Lining up and levelling steelwork before Fixing in place
• Working on-site, Overnight and often at height.
• Adhering to health and safety requirements of the company and the industry.
• Conserving resources and supplies to facilitate minimum waste & leaving a clean and tidy workplace
• Performing any other duties that may be deemed necessary to ensure the effective running of the Department and Company.
